Reprint Permission

To request permission to reprint any material from our policy publications, please send your request to publications@nrdc.org and include specific information about which material you wish to reprint, the number of copies, when and where you plan to print and distribute the material and whether you plan to charge for the material. You may also fax your request to 212-727-1773 or mail it to NRDC Publications Department, 40 West 20th Street, New York, NY 10011.

There is no fee for the nonprofit educational use of these materials but we require permissions granted to be on file. Commercial permissions are granted on a case by case basis.

In all cases, you must properly cite the material's source, include the URL and all copyright notices.

Ordering Hard Copy Reports

For a list of available printed reports and an order form, click here. All orders must be prepaid by check or money order, U.S. dollars only. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping and handling charges to destinations in the United States for orders of less than four reports is $3.95 for the first report and $1.00 for each additional report. Orders shipped to Mexico and Canada are $5.00 for the first report and $3.00 for each additional report. Please write to publications@nrdc.org or call 212-727-4486 for express shipping, bulk shipping or airmail rates.
