Samantha Henningson

Samantha Henningson brings a strategic and partnerships-focused approach to advocacy. Her work centers on building the policy foundation and political will required to invest in a clean, affordable, equitable—and perhaps joyful—transportation system. Previously, in Saint Paul, MN, Henningson managed the EV Spot Network program, the nation’s first renewably powered, municipally owned carshare and curbside public charging network. Prior to that, she worked with the Saint Paul City Council for a decade, which included light rail, bicycle network, and Safe Routes to School planning, as well as pedestrian safety advocacy. Henningson holds a bachelor's degree in English and a master's in education with a focus on policy.
